We are always at your disposal for information or personalized requests, in which we may consider your particular needs where possible.
Prices include:
VAT, water, heating, electricity, outdoor parking, final cleaning, bed linen with weekly change, towels with midweek change, WI-FI connection, ski and bike deposit with boot dryer.
Prices do not include:
From 08:00 to 10:00 a.m.
The breakfast is not served. Upon awakening, a tempting treats basket will be delivered directly in your apartment. The perfect way to start your day.
Reservation and deposit:
Reservation becomes binding upon payment of the deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation by credit card or bank transfer at:

Travel insurance:
We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.
Arrivals and departures:
Have understanding if we don't accept pets.
No smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Visits:
Visits by people who do not stay at Chalet Alpenrose are not allowed.
Furnishings:
Since our structure is furnished with natural materials and not treated chemically or with solvents we ask you to pay the utmost care and attention not to stain or scratch them. This applies to all wooden parts as well as to the fine fabrics used in the furnishings.
Ski and bicycle storage:
Sports equipment (bikes, skis, snowboards, boots, etc.) must be left in the storage room; it is not permitted to bring it into the flat and/or climb the stairs with ski boots. Please take off your bike shoes (especially those with metal cleats) before entering the flat to avoid damage to the floor.

- the local tourist tax of Euro 1,00 per person (over 10 years old) per day up to a maximum of 5 days and must be paid on the day of your arrival
- cleaning of the kitchenette and free of rubbish (Euro 70,00 per apartment)
- baby cot rental up to 2 years old upon availability

- Cash for total amount up to € 2000.00 within the day before departure;
- Bank transfer (in this case the entire payment for your stay should be transferred before your arrival)
- Credit card or bancomat no later than the day before departure.
- From the 29th to the 15th day before your arrival date payment of 50% of the booking amount;
- From the 14th to the 8th day before the arrival date payment of 70% of the booking amount;
- From the 7th day before the arrival date payment of the full amount of the reservation;
